11.1
Safety instructions for disassembly/disposal
DANGER!
Danger due to electric current!
Danger to life in the event of contact with live com-
ponents. Electrical components may make
unchecked movements when switched on and cause
severe injuries.
– Switch off the power supply before starting dis-
assembly, and disconnect it for good.
11.2
Disassembling the controller

Disconnect the connector from the socket.
2.
Disconnect the LAN cable for the HMI, if installed.
3.
Unplug the terminals on the terminal block.
4.
Release the screws.
5.
Remove the circuit board.
6.
Remove operating materials and resources and dispose of them
in an environmentally friendly manner.
7.
Dismantle subassemblies and components in accordance with
the applicable local occupational health and safety regulations
and environmental regulations.
11.3
Disposing of the controller
ENVIRONMENT!
Danger to the environment due to incorrect dis-
posal!
Incorrect disposal can cause a hazard for the envi-
ronment.
– Have electrical scrap, electronic components,
lubricants and other resources disposed of by a
certified specialist company.
– If in doubt, obtain information about environ-
mentally responsible disposal from the local
authorities or specialised disposal companies.
