Troubleshooting communication test failures
1. Make sure power to the router in your home network is turned
on. Check for any indicators of trouble such as glowing warning
lamps.
●
The remote controller must be connected to the router to
enable communication over the Internet. If you do not have a
router, consult with your Internet service provider and purchase
one if necessary.
●
If your router is experiencing a malfunction, refer to the
operation manual of the router and contact the manufacturer or
your Internet service provider.
2. Confirm Internet connectivity by accessing a website or checking
email on a PC.
●
Perform the following checks if the communication test fails
despite that your router is functioning and that you have
Internet connectivity.

your Internet service provider.
Contact your Internet service provider to confirm any such restrictions
