• On ceramic and halogen hobs, make sure that
the base of the pan is clean and dry.
• On gas, the flame should not extend beyond
the diameter of the pan.
For all heat sources, make sure that your
pressure cooker is well centered.

Opening
• Press the opening button

on the lid

• Lift the lid keeping the button pressed down

Closing
• Press the opening/closing button

lid and place it on the pan

• Apply a little force on the top of the lid before
releasing the button

to trigger the locking
mechanism.
• Release the opening/closing button

on the
lid and ensure that the jaws are properly
locked under the rim of the pan
