Display elements / Remote control receiver
Remote control
receiver
(behind the Perspex screen)
When using the remote control system please point the
F8
handset in the direction of the receiver.
The line of sight between the
F8
and the remote control receiver
in the
DAC 8
must not be interrupted by any obstacles. Installing
the
DAC 8
behind the glass doors of a cabinet will also adversely
affect the remote control system.
It is essential to prevent potentially interfering light (from
fluorescent lamps and energy-saving bulbs) falling directly on the
receiver, as this may markedly reduce the effective range of the
remote control system.
Display
The front panel of the
DAC 8
incorporates a screen which
provides information about the amplifier’s operational state.
Additional information can also be called up on the screen when
desired.

the table on the next page.
•

which display supplementary information relating to the
current mode of operation.
