Technical Support
The customers can get a technical support from SystemBase by following methods:
Please visit our website
and go to ‘Technical Products Info.’ menu.
There you can read FAQs and the customers can post an inquiries from the ‘Technical Support’
menu.
Lastly, you can call us at the customer center for immediate support. Our technical support
team will kindly help you get over with the problem.
The number is +82-2-855-0501 (Extension number 1). Do not forget to dial the extension
number after getting a welcome message.
The office hour is from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM KST, Monday to Friday. We are closed on
Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.
