LS 6800 Product Reference Guide

 

Decode Attempt Duration

 

This sets the maximum time decode processing continues during a scan attempt. This is 
programmable in 0.1 second increments from 0.1 to 9.9 seconds. The recommended interval 
is between 1.0 and 5.0 seconds. If DECODE ATTEMPT DURATION INFINITE is selected, 
no timeout occurs; the scanner continues to attempt to decode.
