LS 6800 Product Reference Guide
Escape Characters
This enables the backslash (\) character as an Escape character for systems that can process
transmissions containing special data sequences. Scan a bar code below to either format
special data (e.g., GLI escapes, MacroPDF417 Control Block optional fields) according to the
GLI (Global Label Identifier) protocol or the ECI (Extended Channel Interpretation)
protocol, or to disable this parameter.
