(3) How to check Miss-alignment of TCP
1. Disconnect connector (CN806).
2. Check that connector (EF1) and connector (FE1) are connected.
3. Check that connector (FG1) and connector (GF1) are connected.
4. Measure the resistance between pin 1 and pin 5 of CN806.
- resistance > several k
Ω
: OK
- resistance < 20
Ω
: at least 1 of TCP is mis-aligned.
5. If mis-aligned, connect TCPs again.
(4) How to Connect / Disconnect FFC
Use the same the method as use for the TCP.
7. Disassembly of Boards
(1) LBE, LBF, and LBG
1. Unscrew all screws of the Heat Dispersion Bar in the order of 2-3-5-6-7-1-4 and remove the Heat Dispersion
Bar.
2. Disconnect all TCP, FFC & Power Cable from connectors.
3. Unscrew all screws of defective board(s) and remove LBE, LBF, or LBG.
Reassembly Notes:
1. Before re-installing the defective board(s), blow out any conductive dust from connectors.
2. When re-assembling the Heat Dispersion Bar, screw 1st time gently in the order of 4-1-7-6-5-3-2, and at 2nd
time tighten the screws as same order. If too much pressure is given, the driver IC on the TCP may be dam-
aged.
