Phone Book
You can use the phone book to store up to 50 phone numbers together with the associated na-
mes.
Always enter the area access code with the phone numbers so that incoming local
calls can also be assigned to a phone book entry.
When the memory capacity is used up, the message
MEMORY FULL
appears in
the display. To create space, an existing entry must first be deleted.
The phone book entries are arranged alphabetically. To access the required phone
book entry directly, press the first letters of the corresponding name.
Entering names
Letters are also imprinted on the digit keys. Letters, digits and special characters are entered
by pressing the relevant key the respective number of times.
Press the
0
button to enter a space
Delete any incorrect digits using the
C
button.
To enter the same letter twice, press the button to enter the letter. Wait until the cur-
sor skips one position forwards. Enter the letter again.
Creating phone book entries
Refer to the example;
Viewing phone book entries

buttons to navigate to the required entry. Alternatively, enter the
first letter of the name being searched for.
Editing phone book entries

first letter of the name being searched for.

buttons to navigate to the
EDIT ENTRY
menu option.

Edit the name, if necessary.

Edit the phone number, if necessary.

buttons to select another melody, as appropriate.

button. The entry is saved.

button to cancel all programming and saving and return the handset to
Standby mode.
To delete characters or digits, press the
C
button.
To enter the characters, press the relevant button the corresponding number of ti-
mes, 1 x, 2 x, 3 x or 4 x, according to its position.
