Recording memos
You can record memos on the answering machine and play them back later.
1.
Press the
button for 2 seconds.
2.
After the acoustic signal: Speak your text loud and clear towards the answering machine.
3.
Press the
button to end recording.
Incoming messages
The LED indicator flashes when new messages have been received.
Playing messages/memos
1.
Press the
button to play back messages.
New messages are played back first.
Other functions are available while the message is being played.
Repeat playback of current message
2x
Play the previous message
Stop playback
Pause/Resume playback
Play the next message
Increase volume
Reduce volume
The time and date of recording are played before each message is played. A condition for this
is that the time and date data has been programmed correctly beforehand (refer to Date and
time").
Deleting messages
Deleting the current message
To delete messages while they are being played, press and hold the
button during play-
back.
Deleting all messages
You can delete all messages in one operation.
1.
Press the
button for 2 seconds.
2.
dL
appears in the display.
3.
Press the
button. The messages are deleted.
Remote access
A condition for using remote access is that you know the PIN code assigned to the function.
The preset PIN code is 321. You can set your own individual PIN code.
Changing the PIN code
1.
Press the
button for 2 seconds.
2.
The digit for the first number in the PIN code flashes.
3.
Use the
and
buttons to select the required digit.
4.
Press the
button to set the next digit.
The procedure to set the second and third digit is identical.
