Refer to the chart on the right.
There may be two types of Internal Buttress
Supports. The heavier one is labeled “Outside
Buttress”. These are to be used on the first
and last buttress assembly on both sides.
The lighter Internal Buttress Support is used
on the middle buttress assemblies.
Place the Internal Buttress Support in between
the tabs of the Buttress Bottom Plate (Fig. 1 & 2).
Slide the Buttress Post over the Internal
Buttress Support and outside of the tabs
in the Buttress Bottom Plate (Fig. 3 & 4).
Align the holes in the Buttress Post, Buttress
Bottom Plate and Internal Buttress Support and
secure using the 3” Hex Head Bolt and Nut.
Assemble the Buttress Brace Brackets to the
Buttress Post and Internal Buttress Support
as shown.
Repeat this process with all the buttresses.
Assemble the Buttress Braces to the Bottom
Strap Assemblies and Buttress Posts as
illustrated using all necessary hardware.
Tighten securely.
If fencing or decking is to be installed, refer to the
deck and fence instructions before assembly.
