Driving in reverse
DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS
The vibration element of the machine is started when the throttle is applied and when the coupling
engages.
At the first start, the machine always moves forward and unless the handle controls have been
affected.
The FB155 has a handle to drive the machine and the FB240 has two different handle solutions to
drive the machine back and forth.
FB155 / FB240
When the lever between the handle grips is moved backwards, the machine reverses, and when it is
moved forwards it moves forwards.
FB240
When the entire handle is moved backwards, the machine reverses, and when it is moved forwards, it
moves forwards.
If the operator releases the handle grip while driving, the machine will stop without continuing in any
direction.
NOTE! For all types of packing work, the engine must always be run at full throttle to obtain the
maximum packing effect of the machine, and not to risk a damaged slip clutch.
