7.3.8  Step 8a: Check communications 

Physically connect all sensors and TMIB, auto-establish communication to all Radar devices.  
TM  Easy  Mode  checks  the  communication.  If  necessary,  they  change  the  sensor  ID 
automatically to avoid interference.
