DTC finding (Part 2)
5. Rotate the crankshaft ¼ turn evenly and very
slowly until the piston in the display unit moves up
and then down. Stop turning when the piston of
the display unit reaches the down position.
6. If the mark on the pulley is not aligned with the
mark of the front of the engine, remove the old
mark on the pulley and mark the pulley again
aligned with the mark on the front of the engine.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 until the mark on the pulley is
aligned with the mark on the front of the engine.
8. The DTC position is now found.
