To prevent damage or unintended activa-
tion of the pretensioners, be sure the bat-
tery is disconnected and the ignition switch
has been in the “LOCK” position or the igni-
tion mode has been LOCK (OFF) for at
least 90 seconds before performing any
electrical service work on your
