• Install the pin

and water pump drive joint

CLUTCH COVER

• Install the dowel pins and new gasket

• Install the water pump drive joint

• Install the clutch cover.
• Install the seal washer to the bolt

• Loosen the locknuts

and

• Rotate the adjusting screw

counterclockwise until it stops.

• Tighten the locknut

• Rotate the adjusting screw

clockwise 1/4 – 2/4 turn.

• Tighten the locknut

by holding the adjuster screw

Locknut

: 8 N·m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.7 lb-ft)

: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 lb-ft)

• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the O-ring and install

the clutch adjuster cap.
