5.3 Default Configuration Roles
There are three predefined roles: Cashier, CIT and Administrator.
The CIT has the following options:

Role User ID PIN code Description
Cashier
10–29 - The Cashier has no PIN code and can only
access deposit mode. By entering the Cashier ID
the machine is ready for a deposit.
CIT
2222 1234 First time entering the user will be prompted to
enter an new 4-digit PIN code.
Administrator
1234 1234 First time entering the user will be prompted to
enter an new 4-digit PIN code.
Icon Description
Print Machine Total The total content in the machine. The content is displayed on
screen, if a printer is not connected.
Empty Cash Boxes Unlocks the electronic lock. The user can remove the cash
box and collect the notes.
View Machine Total The machine total will be displayed.
Icon Description
Print Transaction History Retrieves previous transaction data. Displayed on
screen, if a printer is not connected.
Daily Operations Transactions made the same day. Displayed on screen,
if a printer is not connected.
Empty Cash Boxes Unlocks the electronic lock. The user can remove the
cash box and collect the notes.
Start Deposit Start a new deposit session.
Print Machine Total The total content in the machine. Displayed on screen, if
a printer is not connected.
