Outer Gap Adjustment Instructions

Pack gap out with washers if needed.
The outer ring is in four quarters, each quarter can be adjust-
ed seperatly to increase or decrease the gap
To adjust the outer ring, the frame and top borading of the
roundabout will need to be removed, as described prevously.
Once access is gained loosen the bolts on the upper ring only
and insert washers to space the ring out, do this so that the
outer ring has no more than 8mm clearance with the inner
turning ring.
Once the round about runs freely, reassemble the deck and
frame assembly. Fit the centre pole, use spacer washers if
required to ensure the bracket does not rub on the deck.
