Important! Use extreme caution when working around the SAS
backplane. Do not touch the backplane with any metal objects
and make sure no cables touch the backplane or obstruct the
airfl ow holes.

SAS Backplane
The SAS drives plug into a SAS backplane. Two SAS cables need to be connected
from the serverboard to the appropriate connectors on the backplane to support
eight SAS drives. You cannot cascade the SAS backplane.
