OH/Fan Fail LED
Connect an LED to pins 7 and 8 of
JF1 to provide warning of a pro-
cessor overheating or a fan fail-
ure. The LED will blink/stay on as
long as an overheat/fan fail condi-
tion exists. Refer to the table on
the right for pin definitions.
NIC1/NIC2 LED
The NIC1 (Network Interface Con-
troller) LED connection for LAN
port1 is located on pins 11 and 12
of JF1 and the NIC2 LED connec-
tion for LAN2 is located on Pins 9
and 10 of JF1. Attach an LED
cable to these pins to display net-
work activity. Refer to the table
on the right for pin definitions.

The HDD LED (for IDE and SCSI Disk
Drives) connection is located on pins
13 and 14 of JF1. Attach the hard
drive LED cable to these pins to dis-
play disk activity. Refer to the table
