This fireplace may not be installed in manufactured (mobile) housing constructed to HUD standards. The 

fireplace may be installed in aftermarket, non-HUD manufactured housing provided its installation complies 

with State and Local Codes and in the absence of these codes complies with the National Fuel Gas Code 

ANSIZ223.1 NFPA 54.

wealth of Massachusetts.
