Description of the Control Board (Fig. 15)
Potentiometer pos.22:
changes the RPM of the grinding plates.
Reset button pos.24:
resets the alarm of the inverter
ON/ OFF button pos.25:
starts and stops the motor
Forward/Rev switch pos.26:
chooses forward for clockwise rotation of the grinding plates or reverse for
anti-clockwise rotation of the grinding plates. (could be used to open up
diamond bond). By use of PCD plates check rotation direction!
WATER button pos.27:
starts and stops the water
LED ALARM pos.28 :
lights when the inverter goes into Alarm Mode.
Emergency stop pos.29:
used in Emergency situations for putting off the power completely
Digital RPM indicator pos.30:
indicates the revolution per minute of the grinding plates (not the
revolution per minute of the entire unit).
