REPLACING POWER CORD AND PLUGS
When replacing the power cord or plugs always use cords and plugs with specifications as the original ones.
Never use lower quality or different type cord and plugs.
ADDING/REMOVING BUFFERS IN THE SA TOOL HOLDER
Remove the bolts on top of the buffers holding
the disc (Fig. 8.1). The buffers can now add to
six or diminished to three per holder.
Mounting the bolts of the disc back is always
done with the use of blue thread locker.
Mount 3 or 6 buffers (Fig. 8.3, Fig.8.4), according
the requested hardness of the grinding/polishing
plates.
DISMOUNTING AND MOUNTING SA TOOL HOLDER
To check or replace the buffers, spiders or “O” rings the SA tool holder has to be dismounted. Remove the countersunk
screws on top of the buffer. Take the disc of now spider can be removed or replaced. By removing the flange and turn
loose the four Hex cap bolts, the sealer cap comes loose and the “O” ring can be checked or replaced. Attention, for
mounting use always the “blue” thread locking adhesive except of the bolt to lock the buffers, depending on the number
of buffers, the holder can be more flexible or rigid.
