• From the sub-menu, press the Interface option.
• In the Settings-Interface Screen as shown in
Figure 23.1, press the Unlocked Button (C).
• A blue window will open with three options. You
can Lock the welder, change the PIN (Personal
Identification Number), or cancel.
• Press the Full Lock Out Button to lock the
welder. Press the Change the Pin Button to
change the security PIN. Press the Cancel
Button to exit this feature. To change the PIN,
you must enter the existing PIN.
• When you press the Full Lock Out Button, you’ll
be prompted to enter a 4-digit PIN. Enter the
4-digit PIN and then press OK. Press Cancel to
exit this feature. You’ll be prompted to re-enter
the PIN number.
• The message “The Welder is Locked” will
appear. If you attempt to access any feature in
the software, this same message will appear.
Press the Go To Unlock Button to unlock the
welder. Press the Dismiss Button to exit the
message window.
• Enter the 4-digit PIN to unlock the welder. If you
forgot the 4-digit PIN, call Sunstone Customer
Service at +1 801-658-0015.
To unlock the welder, follow these steps:
• Press the Systems Settings Button (A) in the
top row of blue menu buttons, as shown in
Figure. 23.1.
• From the sub-menu, press the Interface option.
• In the Settings-Interface Screen as shown in
Figure 23.1, press the Locked Button (C).
• A blue window will open with three options. You
can unlock the welder, create a PIN, or cancel.
• Enter the PIN to unlock the welder. If you forgot
the PIN, call Sunstone Customer Service at +1
801-658-0015.
• After you enter the PIN, the welder will unlock.
