Module
Protection
There is a fault
signal in the driver
board, or there is
an over-current in
the hardware (-
including AC/DC
over-current), or the
upper and lower
switches are
shorted.
The trigger
condition of
this fault
disappears
continuously
for 3 minutes
without other
faults. The
fault will be
automaticall-
y cleared for
5 times at
most. After
that, one
needs to
manually
power down
the machine
and reset
the module
protection.
Wait for the inverter to return to
normal. If the fault persists, please
contact SUNGROW to manually
power down the machine and clear
the fault.
Module
Over-
temperature
The maximum
temperature of
IGBT module is
higher than 92
℃
over 5s.
The
maximum
temperature
of IGBT
module is
lower than
80
℃
, and
returns to
normal 10s
later.
Generally, the machine will
reconnect to the gird when the
module temperature returns to
normal. If the fault repeatedly
occurs:
1. Check whether the ambient
temperature of the inverter is too
high.
2. Check whether the machine is
placed in a well-ventilated place.
3. Check whether the machine is
exposed to direct sunlight. Shield it
if so.
4. Check whether the fan is running
properly. Replace the fan if
necessary.
