The machine will normally run
again after the internal
temperature or module
temperature has returned to
normal, if the fault recurs.
•
Check
if
the
ambient
temperature of the machine is
too high.
•
Check that the machine is in a
place where it can be easily
ventilated.
•
Check that the machine is not
in direct light, if so please
shade it appropriately.
•
Check that the fan is running
properly, if not replace the fan.
•
Test the core board indicator is
correct, if not normal please
replace
the
core
board,
if
normal re-burning program, if
still can not solve, consider the
ring
temperature
sampling
abnormal, need to replace the
control board.

Battery
polarity
reversed
In the non-running state,
the battery-side voltage
sampling is judged to be
less than -200V for 1s.
If the fault recurs.
•
Check that the battery side
wiring and input polarity are
correct.
•
Check that the battery filter
board and the control board
are not plugged in backwards.
Confirm that the above is not the
cause, consider sampling
anomalies and recommend
replacing the battery filter board
and control board.
