Cell over-

The PCS runs at reduced power
and then the fault is automatically
restored.
•
Check the temperature sensor for
abnormalities.

Check that the liquid-cooled unit is
enabled for cooling.
•
Check
that
the
battery
compartment is well sealed.
•
Check that the battery power
connection
row
is
in
good
condition.
•
Check for dummy soldering of the
cores in the PACK.

Over-current
alarm
Current continuously
greater than set alarm
threshold.
•
Whether RACK unbalance, first
installation
unbalance,
system
standby rest ≥ 24 hours.
•
Does the alarm occur when the
discharge
SOC
is
low
and
disappears automatically when the
SOC recovers, it is recommended
to reduce the discharge depth.
•
Check
the
system
power
connection
row
for
proper
operation, the battery system for
large temperature differences and
abnormal air conditioning cooling.
