Common causes
Corrective measures
11
Busbar
voltage
unbalance
Caused by a positive or
negative voltage
imbalance on the internal
busbar of the machine.
The machine will normally run
again after waiting a few minutes
for it to return to normal, if the fault
recurs.
•
Consider whether the PV-side
half-bus
is
short-circuited,
whether the PV-side module is
straight through, and use a
multimeter to measure whether
PV+ and PV N or PV- and PVN
are short-circuited.
•
Is the module driver abnormal,
check the driver cable.
If the above problem is found, it is
recommended that the main
power board be replaced.
12
Software
version
mismatch
fault
The machine dipswitch
does not match the set
model.
If the fault occurs repeatedly:
check whether the DIP switch of
the machine matches the set
model, if so, consider re-burning
the program and set it as required.
13
Bus side
current
overcurrent
Bus side current
overcurrent
If the fault recurs.
•
Check
that
the
maximum
charge and discharge current
is set correctly.
•
In constant voltage mode, if
the actual power is out of
range, this may also cause this
phenomenon,
so
it
is
recommended that the power
is deployed appropriately.
Confirm that it is not one of the
above causes, consider the
sampling line abnormal and
recommend replacing the control
board.
