Fixture installation
6.3.3.1
Use a certain number of clamps to fix the modules on the mounting bracket. Sunerg recommends that
the clamps be clamped on the long frame of the module. The area of the A side of the module frame held by
each fixed clamp is not less than 400mm2 (clamp length:

fixture and the A surface of the frame: 9

When installing the fixing jig, do not touch the front glass, and do not scratch or deform the aluminum
frame during installation. At the same time, the jig cannot affect the normal operation of the module. Make
sure that the drain hole and ground hole are not blocked during installation.
6.3.3.3
Each module needs to be fixed with at least four fixtures, and each long frame is equipped with at least
two fixtures. According to the local application conditions (actual conditions of wind and snow), additional
fixtures may be required to ensure modules and systems are subjected to corresponding loads. Fixtures with
the following conditions are recommended (as shown in Figure 4) or approved by the module system installer.
