2. Roof obstructions (see fi gure 10) or split arrays (see fi gure 11) require that a PVC grooved
pipe to panel adaptor be inserted into the EPDM hoses. Each obstruction, or split, requires a
split kit (see the part list in para 5-Optional Items).

3. When an array has been assembled, it is ready to be secured to the roof. Adjust the array so
that the headers are sloped 1” per 10’-0” (25 mm per 3 meters) towards the feed line.
