Descripción del modo de Alarma
El modo de alarma se activa cuando el purgador no puede descargar el líquido que hay en
el interior del recipiente de purgado. El modo de alarma se indica mediante un LED verde
parpadeante.
Durante el modo de alarma, el purgador continuará realizando un ciclo para eliminar el
líquido existente en el recipiente. Después de eliminar el líquido, el purgador resumirá su
operación normal y cesará el parpadeo del LED.
No descargar el líquido normalmente indica que existe una tubería de desagüe bloqueada,
una válvula bloqueada o que el modelo de purgado tiene un tamaño demasiado pequeño
para la aplicación en la que se le pretende utilizar.

OPERATING THE DRAIN

• Ensure drain is installed in accordance with sections 4 and 5 of this manual.
• Switch on power supply. LED will illuminate Green indicating power on.
• Ensure air pressure is between 2 bar g (29 psi g) and 16 bar g (232 psi g).
• Slowly open inlet / balance line isolation valves.
• Test solenoid valve operation by depressing the test button.
• Drain operation will now be fully automatic.
7. MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS
•
Regular maintenance is not required on this product, however it is recommended
that the drain is isolated and removed annually to replace diaphragm.
•
Clean internally and externally with a damp cloth. DO NOT rinse or wash internal /
external components with solvents.

Should the above fail to clear the problem, or a problem occurs that is not shown in
the fault diagnosis table, please contact your supplier or Sullair service department
before removing or returning the product.
