Mount  the  display  (13)  onto  the  stand  tube  and 
secure  the  two  with  flat  washers  (14),  spring 
washers  (15),  and

 

the

  smallest

  bolts  (18).  See

Mount the black plastic covers over the back of the 
handle tubes in the center. Insert the power cord to 
the  plug  on  the  rear  of  the  main  unit.  Secure  the 
optional  resistance  bands  (24)  to  swing  out  metal

Important Reminders: 

1. Make sure all parts are secure before using the Whole 
Body Vibration system. 
2. Make sure the unit is balanced and level by adjusting 
the feet on the bottom of the unit. We recommend using 
a level to make sure the unit is correctly leveled. 

3.  If  you  are  placing  the  unit  on  carpet,  it  is  best  to 
place  a  piece  of 

¾

”  plywood  under  the  unit  to 

provide  a  solid  base  for  the  unit.  Please  note:  The 
best  location  for  this  unit  is  directly  on  concrete, 
hardwood or tile flooring.
