Put the spring washers, slightly rounded washers and 

longest  bolts

  into  their  corresponding  holes,  and 

secure  each  bolt  into  the  post  by  hand.  The  spring 

washers  go  on  to  the  bolts  first. 

Make  sure  the 

silver  sensors  on  the  bars  are  facing  up.  Screw  the 
handle  bar  to  the  stand  tube  tightly  using  the 
enclosed  Allen  wrench.    See  Figure  4.  See  photo 
below for correct parts.

Pull out the plastic cap (23) located inside the stand 
tube  (19)  using  a  flat  head  screw  driver  to  expose 
the  wiring  hole  on  the  rear  of  the  stand  tube.  See 
Figure 5.

Run  the  hand  pulse  wires  (8)  and  (16)  through  the 
plastic cap (23) and pull them through the hole near 
top of the stand tube (19). Press the end cap into the  
corresponding hole in the stand tube. See Figure 6.

Connect  the  leads  of  the  display  (12)  to  the  main 
connector  (11)  from  stand  tube  and  to  the  hand 
pulse wires from the handle bar (8) and (16). Either 
small connector is fine as there is no right and left.
