From the Model menu, select Pad-Pak or Pediatric-Pak.

Enter the expiration date (month/date/year) provided on the Pad-Pak or Pediatric-Pak label.

Enter the Lot Code (number) from the label.
7.
If the Pad-Pak or Pediatric-Pak is installed in the AED, click Attached To Device.
8.
Click Submit.
