b. Disconnect the vehicle
to anchor cable and
confirm that the voltage
is ≥ 12.7V.
c. If the voltage is 0V (or
close to 0V) the vehicle
fuse for P

may be blown.
d. If the fuse is good, you
may need to replace the
inductive charging
board.
e. If the voltage is < 11.1V
(but not zero) there may
be an issue with the
vehicle wiring leading
up to P
Po ow we err--L LO OA AD D or
the internal
connections.
Flashing 30 seconds on/30 seconds

Check the primary coil
connection.
If the connection is good,
you may need to replace
the primary coil.

You may need to replace
the primary coil or the
inductive primary board.
a. If the red LED flashes
for five seconds, you
may need to replace the
primary coil.
b. If the red LED flashes
for 30 seconds, you
may need to replace the
inductive primary board.
5. If you identified a problem during the previous steps, repeat the procedure for each use case to make sure that there are
no other charging-related issues.
