INSTRUCTIONS
Case Exterior Quarterly
Under Case Cleaning:
When refrigeration package is removed from underside
of case, vacuum under case to remove all dust, debris and dirt that collects.
Quarterly Condensate Pan:
Warning! Condensate pan Is HOT! Disconnect power from case and allow
to cool before cleaning!

accessing the condensate pan.
If condensate pan is removable from case, you may disconnect from
condensate pan, scrub with soap/water solution and firm brush. Rinse, but
do not submerse in water (due to electrical components).
Use a scrub-brush and a de-scaling solution such as CLR® (to prevent
corrosion, lime and rust buildup). Follow instructions as to proper dilution,
safety precautions and scrubbing method.
After thoroughly cleaning pan with scrub-brush and solution, rinse
thoroughly with clean water and then wipe dry.
Slide refrigeration package back under case.
Replace rear grille to case (using either hooks or screws).
Weekly Condenser Coil:
Remove Front Grille. See

section for instructions on removing Front Grille.
Vacuum or brush Condenser Coil.
Reattach Front Grille to Case.
Quarterly Refrigeration Assembly:
Warning! Disconnect power from the case before
accessing the Refrigeration Package!
Remove Front Grille (by removing 2 screws). See

on doing so.
Slide out Refrigeration Assembly.
Use a clean cloth and hot water with soap solution to wipe down dust and
residue that may form on parts.
Case Interior
Quarterly Tub, Coil, Drain, Fan Blades, Motors, Brackets:
Disconnect power from the case before cleaning!

Remove Decking.
Pivot Fan Shroud forward (by lifting tabs out of coil cover).
Disconnect plug from fan.
Use vacuum to clean Evaporator Coils.
Clean Tub, Coil and Drain with warm water, clean cloth, brush and mild
soap solution.
Remove any debris that may clog drain.
Wipe down Fan Blades, Motors and Brackets with moist cloth.
Quarterly
Honeycomb:
Check honeycomb air diffuser to determine if dirty. If dirty,
remove from case. See next page of this manual for cleaning specifics.
