General
Any person involved in the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of
the machine must have read and understood the operating instructions and
mainly the safety instructions before starting the machine.
Operating instructions
2.2
The operating side of the machine is the basis for descriptions referring to
sides.
Class identification, serial number and orientation of the
machine
The class identification (type) as well as serial and model number (after the
dash) is located on the frontside of the housing.
2.3
For blindstitching a tape coated on one side for example to front parts of sack
coats or for attaching facings.
Range of application and intended use
After switching the function “Sewing with tape“ off, the machine is also ready for
use for other sewing tasks.
