Preparing kebbe
- Make sure that the stand mixer is correctly assembled and the controller is in the OFF position.
- Place the finished kebbe mixture in a plastic hopper
- Connect the mains plug to the wall socket.
- Set the required speed level with the control knob. We recommend setting a lower speed first and then
increasing it as needed.
- Using the pusher, gradually push the mixture into the filling hole.
- Never use your fingers, fork, knife, spoon, etc. during operation of the appliance to push food through the
filling opening. Use a food slider for this purpose.
- Cut the roller to the required length.
- To switch off the stand mixer, set the controller to the OFF position.
- After each use, clean the appliance according to the instructions in the "Cleaning and maintenance" section.
Filling sausages
- Make sure that the stand mixer is correctly assembled and the controller is in the OFF position.
- Prepare the grounded meat mixture.
- Put the casing in lukewarm water for 10 minutes and then thread it on the attachment.
- Knot the end of the casing and fasten it with a stick.
- Connect the mains plug to the wall socket.
- Set the required speed level with the control knob. We recommend setting a lower speed first and then
increasing it as needed.
- Place the grounded meat mixture in a plastic hopper.
- Using the food slider, gradually push the ground mixture into the filling hole.
- Never use your fingers, fork, knife, spoon, etc. during operation of the appliance to push food through the
filling hole use a food slider for this purpose.
Note:
If the casing adheres to the extension, moisten it with water.
- To switch off the stand mixer, set the controller to the OFF position.
- After each use, clean the appliance according to the instructions in the "Cleaning and maintenance" section.
3. Blender use**
- The blender is ideal for preparing drinks from fresh fruits and vegetables, healthy smoothies, milkshakes,
cold soups, crushing ice, etc. It is not used for juicing fruits and vegetables, preparing mashed potatoes,
sourdough or whipping egg whites.
- Assemble the blender according to the above procedure.
- Put food or pour the liquids you want to mix in a glass container mixing.
- Close the glass container with a lid.
- Note:
The maximum capacity of the glass mixing bowl is 1.75 l. We do not recommend filling the blending
container with more liquids than 1.5 l. Liquids that gain more volume during mixing are better processed
gradually in smaller batches.
- Make sure that the stand mixer is correctly assembled and the controller is set to the OFF position.
- Connect the appliance to an electrical outlet.
- Set the required gear with the control knob. We recommend setting a lower speed first to mix the
ingredients. Then you can increase the speed.
- Hold the lid from above with one hand while mixing.
- Food or liquids can be added to the glass container during blending. Simply unlock the cap by turning it
counterclockwise and then pull it out.
- If food sticks to the blades unit or the walls of the container, switch off the appliance by turning the speed
control to the OFF position and unplug it from the mains socket. Make sure that the blade unit has stopped
rotating. Carefully remove the assembled container from the multifunction head. Open the lid and clean the
blades unit and the container wall with a plastic spatula. Close the lid and refit the mixing bowl to the
multifunction head. Connect the mains lead to the mains socket and you can continue mixing.
- When you have finished using the speed control, set it to OFF and unplug the power cord. Make sure that
