Preparation of fuel mixture:
- Mix petrol and oil in a clean container.
- Start by pouring half of the total amount of blended petrol into the container. Then top up the entire amount
of oil. Stir the mixture. Refill with petrol after mixing.
- Mix thoroughly before pouring into the tank.
- The fuel mixture is aging. To prevent deposits, do not prepare excessive amounts of fuel mixture.
Important!
Properly label fuel and petrol containers to avoid confusion during use.
- Clean petrol and fuel cans regularly to remove any deposits.
Refueling:
-
WARNING!
Following the following instructions will reduce the risk of fire:
- Fill only with the engine switched off.
- Place the machine on a level surface, in a stable position, with the fuel cap facing up.
- Clean the tank cap and the surrounding area to prevent dirt from entering during refueling.
- Open the tank cap slowly - any excess pressure in the tank will be released gradually.
- Make sure the fuel is well mixed before refueling.
- Allow engine to cool before refueling.
- Shake vigorously the container containing the fuel mixture.
– Pour the fuel mixture into the fuel tank using a funnel. Do not fill the tank to the brim.
- After refueling, close the tank properly.
-
WARNING!
Immediately clean any traces of fuel that have spilled on the machine or on the ground and do
not start the engine until petrol has completely evaporated.
- Do not start the petrol auger at the same place you refueled it. Make sure that the tool is located at a
sufficient distance from the refueling point (at least 3 m).
STARTING
Starting cold engine
1. Turn the ON / OFF switch (1) to the ON position.
2. Push the choke lever (3) to the ON position.
3. Press the fuel pump (4) a few times (4-5 times) until it is filled with fuel (it does not need to be
completely filled).
4. Hold the starter cord with your right hand. Pull it slowly until you feel resistance. Then pull the starter
cord firmly and quickly. Never wrap the starter cord around your hand.
- WARNING!
Do not pull the starter cord out completely. Do not release the starter cord if it is pulled out
completely - it may damage the engine of the machine.
5. After starting the engine, move the choke lever (3) to the ½ position and let the engine run for 10-20
seconds. After this time, move the choke lever (3) to the OFF position.
Starting warm engine
- To start a warm engine, follow the same procedure as for starting a cold engine. There is no need to push
the choke lever (3) to the ON position or press the fuel pump (4).
HALTING
- Allow the engine to cool by allowing it to idle for 2-3 minutes before turning off the gasoline drill bit
completely.
- Set the ON / OFF switch (1) to the OFF position.
DRILLING
WARNING!
Drilling or contacting electrical cables and wires can result in death or serious injury.
The device
is not electrically insulated.
To avoid electric shock, always make sure that pipes, electrical cables, or wires
are not buried in the ground before drilling. Contact your local utility manager for location of electrical cables
