1. The plus sign (+) indicates that an international
access code is required. The access code for
international calls varies from country to country; in
the United States, it is 011.

CAC office, be sure to include any necessary long
distance or STD call prefix. If you use an international
telephone number within the same country, you must
replace the country code with the necessary prefix.
