If there are other zones in use which are not being controlled by the timer, they will continue to
operate and will not be switched off automatically.
If you wish to control more than one zone with the timer, please repeat the steps above.
The timer display will always show the time remaining for the zone which is due to finish first. A white
dot flashes next to the power level indicator of the zone which is due to finish first, to indicate that the
timer display is currently showing the time remaining for that zone.
To see the time remaining for a different zone, touch the heating zone selection control key for that
zone and the time remaining will be displayed briefly.
When the cooking time for the first zone has elapsed, the timer display will change to show the time
remaining for the zone which is due to finish next.
Touch the relevant heating zone selection control for the zone on which you wish to cancel the timer.
The power level indicator next to that zone will start to flash. While the power level indicator is flashing,
touch the timer control key. The timer display starts to flash. While the timer display is flashing, use the
touch control slider to adjust the cooking duration time down to ‘00’.
Note:
If there are other cooking zones in use, which are not being controlled by the timer, then they
will continue to operate when the cooking duration time has elapsed, and will not be switched off
automatically. The cook-to-off timer can be used to switch one ring off automatically at a time.
Residual Heat Warning
“H” will show which cooking zone is hot to touch after cooking has been
completed. It will disappear when the surface has cooled down to a safe
temperature. It can also be used as an energy saving function if you want
to heat further pans, use the hotplate that is still hot.
Note:
Please be aware that the glass surface may still be warm for a while, even after the ‘H’ indicator
has disappeared.
