door gasket to not hardened paint. The paint is heat-resistant and during first
intensive firing it will get hard. During hardening process the paint can be soft a little
so try to avoid touching the paint by hand or other subject. First firing is done with
low flames – less volume of wood and lower temperature of burning.
First two loads of wood should be on lower limit of recommended amount of wood
(see the table in technical sheet)

All materials need to get used to thermal stress. Careful firing prevents brick cracks,
paint damage and/or any material deformation used all over the stove.
5. Another five to six loads of wood should be on higher limit of recommended
amount of wood (see the table in technical sheet). This intensive period should last
for about 5-6 hours. During intensive firing door should be always closed. Intensive
burning makes the paint hard.
This process is accompanied with temporary smell which will disappear when the
paint is hard.
During hardening process is necessary to ensure proper venting of the room and to
take out all small animals which are sensitive to paint vapour. It is also
recommended to switch off oxidation of aquarium when placed in the same room.
6. When hardening process is finished leave the stove to cool down. Clean the chamber
and ash pan from all ashes and dirt.
7. Take out magnetic key (5) from servomotor (4) .
Fireplace stove is now ready to be operated with automatic burning regulator SIC 700
SMART.
