Cleaning and care
Let your rechaud cool down sufficiently before cleaning it.
Never immerse your rechaud in water or any other liquid. Clean your rechaud with a damp but not
soaking-wet rag. Never use aggressive detergents, hard or abrasive cleaning materials. Never put
your rechaud in the dishwasher.
Tip
If the wick or reflector get stuck, we recommend cleaning the burner tube and reflector (inside) with
a damp cloth.
Faults/damage and repairs
A damaged rechaud must only be repaired by the manufacturer. All liability will be rejected in
case of third-party repairs.
Storing your rechaud
Make sure that the flame is fully extinct and the rechaud has cooled down. Do not stack rechauds
during storage. Store your rechaud in a dry place inaccessible to children. We recommend fitting the
snuffer to prevent residual spirit in the tank from evaporating.
Disposal
Your retailer will accept worn-out or defective rechauds for
professional disposal free of charge.
Rechauds with dangerous defects must be immediately
disposed of to ensure no further use.
Never dispose of worn-out or defective rechauds with
household refuse (environmental protection)!
Rechauds are classified as scrap metal for disposal.
