TROUBLE

No coolant flow.
Tank shutoff valve
closed.
Open shutoff valve.
In-line filter clogged.
Remove and clean filter.
Leaks in system.
Check hoses and
connections for leaks.
Repair or replace, as
required.
Insufficient coolant in
tank.
Fill tank.
Low or irregular
flow.
Pump problem.

Motor malfunctioning.
See motor adjustments.
Motor to pump drive
belt damaged.
Replace belt
Water tank breather
vent clogged.
Clean breather.
Ice in tank-to-pump line. Thaw out line.
Kinked or leaking hose
or loose connection.
Check hoses and
connections. Repair or
replace as needed.
Check valve clogged or
broken.
Clean, repair or replace
valve.
Electrical System
Motor cannot be
started
Start switch problem.
Repair or replace
switch.
