Cubra la cavidad del cojinete del
rotor de la cuerda con aceite sin
resina.
:
Empuje el rotor hacia el poste del
arrancador y gírelo hacia uno y otro
lado para enganchar la espiral de
anclaje del resorte de rebobinado.
:
Instale el trinquete
(1)
en el rotor.
:
Instale la arandela
(2)
en el poste
del arrancador.
:
Use un destornillador o alicates
adecuados para instalar la pinza de
resorte
(3)
en el poste del arranca-
dor y sobre el vástago del trinquete
– la pinza de resorte debe apuntar
en sentido horario – vea la ilustra-
ción.
Tensado del resorte de rebobi-
nado
:
Forme un bucle con la cuerda de
arranque y utilícelo para girar el
rotor seis revoluciones completas
en el sentido de la flecha.
:
Sujete y mantenga el rotor inmóvil –
tire de la cuerda y enderécela.
:
Suelte el rotor y vaya soltando la
cuerda lentamente de modo que
ésta se enrolle en el rotor.
El mango de arranque debe quedar fir-
memente en el buje guía de la cuerda.
Si el mango cae hacia un lado: Dele una
vuelta adicional al rotor de la cuerda
para aumentar la tensión del resorte.
Cuando la cuerda de arranque se
extiende completamente, debe ser posi-
ble girar el rotor por lo menos media
vuelta adicional. En caso contrario, el
resorte está sobretensado y podría rom-
perse. Quítele una vuelta de la cuerda al
rotor.
:
Instale la caja del ventilador.
Sustitución del resorte de rebobi-
nado roto
:
Lubrique el resorte nuevo con unas
cuantas gotas de aceite sin resina.
:
Quite el rotor de la cuerda de la
forma descrita en "Sustitución de la
cuerda de arranque".
:
Retire la caja de resorte y retire las
piezas restantes del resorte.
