The trailing edge of RW10(L) will align with the trailing edge RW5a. Bond
the wing tip to the spars, leading edge, and ribs RW8 and RW10.
Now Repeat steps 76 and 77 to instal RW10(

78. Fit and tack glue the center section trailing edge RW11 between ribs RW3
and trailing edges RW5.
79. Fit diagonal braces RW12 between ribs and sub-ribs, and into the slots in
the leading edge web as shown. Hold wing down on a flat surface and
thoroughly bond all mating surfaces between ribs, spars, diagonals, leading
and trailing edges with thin CA.
80. Fit and bond the spar cap RW13 to the notches in the ribs above the main
spar RW1. Fit and bond the turbulator spar RW14 to the notches in the ribs
immediately in from of the main spar. Fit and bond turbulator spar RW15 to
the forward most notches in the ribs.
81. Bond the ply trailing edge reinforcement RW16 to the gap spanning the
trailing edge parts RW5 and part RW11.
82. Lightly sand your completed rear wing, follow the airfoil profile given on the
“Detail Sheet 2 of 2” for rounding the leading edge. Leave the trailing edge
square. Sand the tips of the leading edge stock to flow smoothly into the
wing tips.
Set the rear wing aside until Final Assembly.
