Lightly sand wing frame, rounding leading
edge and tip. Taper top surface of rear spar
and leading edge smoothly into wing tip.
Open slots in R0 with a 1/8 in. drill to form
hole for wing mount bolt.
Install 4-40 blind nut through hole from the
top of the rib. Nut may be recessed slightly to
facilitate smooth covering. Secure blind nut
with thin CA around edges of flange.
Cover wing with a high quality, user friendly
covering film such as Stevens AeroModel
AeroFILM or AeroLITE.
