The column lifts do not go up at the same speed
Cause
Solution
Control system not working correctly.
Use the S3 and S4 switches in the control box
to lift and lower without having the safety
measures in place.
S3 is lifting, S4 is lowering.
Operate the switches until the column lifts are
level. If the fault occurs again, contact the
technical service.

Cause

Have the fault corrected by a qualified
electrician.
Mains fuse has blown.
Replace the fuse.
The mains switch is

Set the mains switch to
ON

Faulty LEDs.

Faulty LEDs. Lifting system functioning
normally.
Contact the technical service.
A fuse has been tripped.
Check the F2 and F3 fuses.
Replace the fuse(s) in the control box if
necessary. If the fault occurs again, contact the
technical service.
The mains switch is
OFF
.
Set the mains switch to
ON
.
Broken cable or loose connector.
Check the cable and connector.
The emergency stop button has not been
unlocked.
Unlock the button. Set the main switch to
OFF
and
ON
. Press once the <SELECT> button to
ensure the system can again be used.
The thermal relay in the main box has been
deactivated.
Reset the thermal relay. Contact the technical
service if the problem persists.
