9. Installing the vessel
The ABS material vessel supplied with the electrolyser is clear.
Delivered with:
• 2 Ø 50 mm connections,
• 2 Ø 63 mm connections,
• 1 cap for winterisation.
Installing the vessel:
• Install the vessel on the pipe backflow (after the sensors, booster pump, warmer or heat pump).
• Prefer installing the vessel on a bypass.
• For pumps with a flow greater than 10 m

/hour, a bypass is mandatory.
•
It is mandatory to clean the parts to be bonded using a PVC cleaning agent.
•
Bond the connections using specific PVC/ABS adhesive (high performance adhesive).
• Do not put any adhesive in the seal housing.
•
Respect the adhesive drying time before putting in water.
• The vessel must be installed without any mechanical strains.
• Maintain the vessel ends in position using suitable ties (not included).
• Positioning mark on the connections to facilitate bonding a PVC T or angle.
• Offset connections to make it easier to align the vessel with the PVC piping.
•
Only fit the deflector if the vessel T version installation is used.
•
Unclip the deflector from the vessel if the electrode installation L version is used.
•
Position the electrode connections towards the bottom if a T version installation is used.
• Use silicone grease to fit the seals.
• Tighten the nuts by hand (all tightening tools are prohibited).
• The 2-part nuts cannot be dismantled. Do not use nuts that have been dismantled.
• Clip the Stérilor ring at the location you have selected.
