7. Manufacturer recommendations
• Use tap water to fill the pool.
• Do not fill using water from a borehole, a well or rainwater.
• Check water quality before installing an electrolyser.
• Check the pH: it should be between 6.8 and 7.4. Adjust if necessary.
• Check the T.A.C.: it should be between 8° f and 12° f. Adjust if necessary.
• Check the TH: it should be between 15° f and 25° f. Adjust if necessary.
•
The water temperature must be higher than 15° C.
• Recommended free chlorine rate: between 0.8 and 1.5 ppm.
• Max. stabiliser content (without Redox measurement): 60 ppm.
• Max. stabiliser content (with Redox measurement): 20 ppm.
•
Check the pH and the chlorine in the pool once per week and adjust if necessary.
• Adjust the appliance setting depending on your water analysis.
•
Check all the pool parameters once per month and adjust if necessary.
• The electrolyser is not compatible with metal filters.
• Do not open the electrolyser box without the manufacturer’s permission.
• The electrolyser is compatible with a liner, reinforced PVC, gelcoat, mosaic, silico-marble or sprayed concrete pool
surface.
• Use salt for electrolysers compatible with the NF EN 16401 standard.
•
Recommended salt level: 4 grammes per litre.
• Turn the electrolyser off when adding salt to the pool.
• Wait for the salt to have completely dissolved before turning it back on.
• Check the salt level once per month and top up if necessary.
• Turn off the electrolyser If the water temperature is below 15° C.
• Couple the electrolyser electric connection to the filtration.
• Provide a 6A circuit breaker for the electrolyser connection.
• Turn off the electrolyser when cleaning the filter.
• Do not clean the electrode using metal tools.
• Use a suitable product to clean the electrode when it is scaled.
• No electric voltage on the slatted cover connector (Slow Mode), dry contact.
• Empty the vessel when wintering.
